Fuel Finder: Gas Stations (“the App”) is an informational mobile application designed to help users search for nearby fuel stations, view station details, and estimate route time based on their location or a searched area. You can manage or limit personalized advertising through your device settings.

The App does not verify, guarantee, or ensure the accuracy, availability, safety, legality, hours, fuel types, amenities, payment options, route estimates, or suitability of any listed fuel station.
Station names, addresses, hours, amenities, fuel information, and route estimates may come from publicly available or third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate.
Users are solely responsible for:
verifying station location and details
confirming operating hours and 24/7 status
confirming fuel availability, accepted payment methods, and accessibility
verifying route conditions, travel time, and navigation accuracy
making their own safe travel and fueling decisions
Fuel Finder: Gas Stations assumes no responsibility or liability for:
inaccurate, outdated, or missing information
unavailable or incorrect route estimates
map, geocoding, or third-party data errors
accidents, losses, damages, delays, injuries, or other consequences resulting from reliance on information displayed in the App
7. Data Retention
We do not retain personal location history or create personal user profiles through the App.
Some third-party providers used for advertising or app functionality may temporarily process or retain limited data in accordance with their own systems and policies.
8. Children’s Privacy
Fuel Finder: Gas Stations is not intended for children under the age of 13.
